Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of perception of trust, usefulness, ease of use, convennience, and risk on intention usage internet banking system. Objects of this research are the BUMN Bank customers, wich are BNI, BRI, BTN, and Mandiri Bank who have use internet banking. The data used in this research is primary data which obtain questionare, the Purposive Sampling method used as sampling technic. These results indicate that the perception of trust, usefulness, ease of use, convennience, and risk have significant effection intention usage internet banking system.
