Abstract
Competency-based curriculum (CBC) to change the paradigm in teaching, such as how to measure the ability of students whose output is competent or incompetent. Results of measurement of competence will have an effect for further competence. With the diversity of students in a class, lead the way and measures student achievement of competence for each is different. But in a lecture plan there is only one, that is contained in a lecture implementation plan (LIP). Educational Data Mining (EDM) by utilizing clustering, is used to map a group of students in the classroom. This grouping results are used to plan the implementation of a more comprehensive lecture to the achievement of competencies.
