Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of personal engineering, top management support, education and training programs, and the formalization of AIS development on AIS performance. The population in this study were employees of BPR Yogyakarta whose operational routines used a computerized accounting information system. The study used a sample of 70 respondents with a purposive sampling method. The results of this study prove that personal technical skills, education and training programs, and the formalization of SIA development, have no effect on AIS performance, while the support of departmental leaders has an influence on SIA performance.
