Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate what factors organizational climates influence organizational commitment. The factors organizational climates consist of leadership, standard, reward, responsibility and organizational identity. Subjects consist of 50 employees at PT. Kimia Farma Apotek. This study uses a regression linier design to test the effect of factors organizational climate to organizational commitment. This study predits that factors organizational climates influence to organizational commitment. This results show that there are positive and significant effects of leadership, standard, reward, responsibility, and organization identity to organization commitment at PT. Kimia Farma Apotek.
