Abstract

This study investigates whether manager have participate in budgeting, organization commitment and high self efficacy tend to have impact of managerial performance. Subjects consist of 92 manager in service sector both education and non-education at Jogjakarta. This study uses instrument participate in budgeting (Milani, 1975); commitmen organization (Aranya and Ferris (1984), self efficacy (John Locke, 1999), and managerial performance (Mahoney et al., 1963). This study predicts that manager who have high participate in budgeting, organization commitment, and high self-efficacy tend to have high managerial performance. The analysis show that only self efficacy support the prediction. Keywords: participation in budgeting, organization commitment, self efficacy, and managerial performance.
