Abstract

This study aims to examine the difference of characteristic enterprise high and low profile to voluntary disclosure, reponsibility social, liquidity, solvability, and size. Sampl consist of 42 manufacture industries which are listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange and perform annual report from 2005-2006. This study uses a independent sample test design to test the difference of characteristic enterprise high and low profile to voluntary disclosure, reponsibility social, liquidity, solvability and size. This study predicts that voluntary disclosure, responsibility secial, liquidity, solvability, and size are different betweenof characteristic enterprise high and low profile. This results show evidence supports the prediction that liquidity, and slovability are different between of charcteristic high and low profile, but not to voluntary disclosure, reponsibility social, and size. keyword: characteristic enterprise enterprise high and low profile, voluntary disclosure, reponsibility social, liquidity, solvability and size.
