Abstract

Many fungctions of land not be used as should that finally can change soil structure. For example in the agricultural area, there are several green rice fileds. Based on the survey team showed problems at Mertosanan Wetan espesially hamlet Brajan RT 03 and RT 04 is not optimixating the potential of natural and human resources that are owned, sometimes vacant land/marginal is the former landmof the location as production of brick mold, even land hamlet. Mertosanan less functioned, but can be optimized as a container for catfish. Beside cattle ranchers in the region made little use of sewage (waste cow) as an asset for the manufacture of compost/organic sale value. Even if they will be sold to the buyer, RT 03 and 4 hamlets Brajan only selling cow dung in directly to the seller with the smount of 1000kg for Rp. 250,000, and the scent of cow dung is certainly distrurbing local residents. Residents Brajan RT 03 and 4 should have the necessary skills to be made into organic fertilizer in a dry and well packed that further increase the selling value. In the human resources of women, ie the mothers in the village Brajan RT 3 and 4 less a superior product in addition to the familly income. Even if mothers had a bevy of activities such as Dasa Wisma or social gathering and recitation is merely a collection of rputines, without producing products that bring value to sell.
