Abstract
The puspose of the research were to know the most efective isolatasion technical of soil Nematode in courses of invertebrate systematic practise. The research used experimental methode descriptive qualitative, the sample are soil of chili, cabbage, and Collards from Mathesih. Design of Experiment use the Completely Randomized Design, 3 x 3 factorial with 3 replication. The results showed that the Nematode were most commonly found by isolatasion technical of soil, the total number were 12 Nematodes. The second rank were technical by barless tulgreen, the total number were 8 Nematodes. The technical by exctraction of root were got 4 Nematodes.
