Abstract
This study aims to determine efficiency and effectiveness of budget revenue and expenditure of the village (APBDesa) Argodadi village, Sedayu sub-district, Bantul district in the 2010 - 2013 budget period. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data used is primer data and secondary data. The data technique used is the ratio analysis technique to measure the financial performance of government. This result showed the efficiency ratio of financial village on average is at 103,12% with a not efficient category of the year 2010 - 2013. The effectiveness ratio of financial village on average is at 125,75% with a tendency to be very effective category of the year 2010 - 2013. The efficiency of organizing APBDesa showed the result not efficient, but the effectiveness of organizing APBDesa is very effective.
