Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of education and training, provision of capital aid effectiveness. Independent variables in this research are education and training, provision of capital assistance. Dependent variable is effectiveness. Data used in this research is primary data. Testing the hypothesis is tested empirically using multiple regression for each sample. Results showed that there was a significant positive effectbetween the variables of education and training wihn effectiveness, a significant positive effect between provision of capital assistance on effectiveness.
