Abstract
PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, FASILITAS, DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG DI OBYEK WISATA AIR TERJUN KEDUNG PEDUT GIRIMULYO KULONPROGO Lufy Erliani Astuti Program Sarjana Manajemen Fakultas Bisnis Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta e-mail : lufhyerliani7@gmail.com ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, facilities, and prices on visitor satisfaction in Kedung Pedut Waterfalls Girimulyo Kulonprogo. This research was quantitative research with a sample of 80 people. Data analysis using SPSS 16.0 with multiple linear regression analysis tchniques at the significance level α = 0.05. The results of the research concluded that partially the quality of service had a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the regression coeffiient values of 0,284 and sig. 0,000. The positive and significant effect of the facilities is evidenced by the regression coefficient value of 0.193 and sig. 0.021. The price of positive and significant effect is evidenced by the regression coefficient value of 0.336 and sig. 0.002. Simultaneously the quality of service, facilities and prices affect the satisfaction of visitors as evidenced by the value of sig. F test 0,000 <0.05. The effect of service quality, facilities and prices on visitor satisfaction is shown by the Adjusted R Square value of 70.3%.
